(draft) Clear brownish-amber. No head worth noting. A nice clean aroma of apple peels and, of all things, bananas. Flavor was mild and smooth. Finish had a mild but lingering alcohol bite. Pretty good.

(draft) Clear gold in color. Looks like a lager, so scary. The flavor is awesome. There are the typical apple undertones, but this is a lot thicker-tasting than most saisons I've had. Damn good. Yummy actually.

(draft) Poured dirty orange. Aroma was musty - reminded me of a lambic. Taste also reminded me of a lambic, except this wasn't particularly sour. There was quite a bit of complication behind the obvious mustiness of the aroma and the flavor. I liked this beer.

(draft) Cloudy dirty yellow. Decent head that faded within a few minutes. A light aroma of citrus and Belgian yeast. Fairly thick mouthfeel, and a grapefruit tartness that surprised me. The finish was a little dry. I'd classify this as a dubbel instead of a saison, but whatever it it, it's pretty good.
