(draft) Clear brownish-amber. No head worth noting. A nice clean aroma of apple peels and, of all things, bananas. Flavor was mild and smooth. Finish had a mild but lingering alcohol bite. Pretty good.

Ounces Consumed: 12(draft) Wow! Unexpectedly good. Extremely well-balanced and very refreshing. It also tasted like it had a higher ABV than it really does.
Ounces Consumed: 16The beer that got me to finally appreciate Belgian brews. Apples were strong but not overpowering.
Ounces Consumed: 60(draft) Clear orange/yellow. Big white head. No detectable aroma, and not much of a flavor either. A pretty weak Saison. Barely decent.
Ounces Consumed: 5(draft) Yellow with a slight haze. Very good head and lacing. At first, it seemed a little watery, but then subtle flavors of apple peels and sour apples became evident. Pretty good.
Ounces Consumed: 24(draft) Hazy light brown. Good head that faded quickly. The aroma is of malts and apples and, of course for this brewery, hops. The mouthfeel is a little thin, as is the flavor. It's got a good flavor, though, it just needs a bit more of it.
Ounces Consumed: 12(draft) Got kind of an odd aroma along with the expected apple. Maybe cherries. Flavor did seem to have the same bit of oddness. It was good though.
Ounces Consumed: 15(draft) Clear gold in color. Looks like a lager, so scary. The flavor is awesome. There are the typical apple undertones, but this is a lot thicker-tasting than most saisons I've had. Damn good. Yummy actually.
Ounces Consumed: 16(draft) Poured dirty orange. Aroma was musty - reminded me of a lambic. Taste also reminded me of a lambic, except this wasn't particularly sour. There was quite a bit of complication behind the obvious mustiness of the aroma and the flavor. I liked this beer.
Ounces Consumed: 40(draft) Cloudy dirty yellow. Decent head that faded within a few minutes. A light aroma of citrus and Belgian yeast. Fairly thick mouthfeel, and a grapefruit tartness that surprised me. The finish was a little dry. I'd classify this as a dubbel instead of a saison, but whatever it it, it's pretty good.
