A sampling of this beer was intriguing enough for me to order a full glass. There was a slight watery taste that at first turned me off, but after a few sips I started to imagine, believe it or not, a slight peaty characteristic to the water. This has since become one of my favorite session beers. Nice and mild, and low enough in alcohol that I could drink it all night.
