Southern Tier Heavy Weizen

(draft) Slightly hazy gold. Smallish head that seems to last. Aroma of wheat and bananas and maybe a little alcohol. Flavor surprisingly complex and good. A slight alcohol burn at the finish. I like it. It's quite gimmicky, though, with all the alcohol.
