(bottle) Black with a smallish but lasting tan head. Strong aroma of roasted malts with a touch of smoke. Creamy mouthfeel. Flavor fairly intense with alcohol burn all the way through the finish. Malty and maybe a little smoke evident but hidden behind the alcohol. Good, I suppose.
