I'm not much of a poetry person, but I really love this snippet from Rupert Brooke.
When two mouths, thirsty each for each, find slaking,I think that's what I need right now.
I need a really good slaking.

They read that snippet on an episode of MASH once. It was a pain in the ass to track down in the days before the Internet.
